The cause of the hidden danger in the wall

1. the reinforcement ratio of the wall is insufficient.

2. according to the actual situation, it is determined that the wall needs opening and opening the door.

3. the section size or reinforcement of the edge members is not in accordance with the requirements of the standard and the reinforcement of continuous beams.

4. the bearing capacity of the wall does not meet the requirements of the standard.

Wall needs opening and opening the door

First of all, we should use the cutting machine or the core drill to make the construction to minimize the damage to the wall. During the opening of the hole, the original reinforcement bar that the wall is cut off should have a certain length. The steel bar should be bent and welded properly, and some concrete will be poured to anchor.

Secondly, according to the size of the openings, the wrapped steel plate around the openings should be built around the holes, and the joint between the steel frame and the concrete should be made by pouring the adhesive into a whole.
