Project overview

The original structure can not meet the needs of the present stage, so it needs to change the use function of the building. In the case of ensuring the safety of the building, it is decided to dismantle a part of the load-bearing wall so that the building can be connected through space to form a whole. Based on the above reasons, the original building structure should be strengthened.

Strengthening time

The project started in April 3, 2016 and has been completed.

Reinforcement scheme

1.The demolition of the load-bearing wall has changed the whole housing structure, reinforcing steel columns and strengthening the operation of steel plate and concrete, improving the bearing capacity and stiffness of the original members.

2.The part of the beam and slab is strengthened with carbon fiber cloth to strengthen the bearing capacity and prolong the service life of the building.
