Prestress FRP reinforcement method:


The prestressed reinforcement method is mainly applied to the reinforcement of various girder bridges under the normal serviceability limit state. This method is mainly to apply the new prestress in the bridge body which needs reinforcement to reduce the lower winding degree of the beam bridge, reduce the cracks and even eliminate the cracks, so that the force of each section is reasonable, and the purpose of carrying capacity is improved.


The principle of strengthening the external prestressing force is to establish a pull rod or pole and anchor it outside the bridge body to connect the bridge well with the bridge body, and then apply the prestress to make the pull rod force, so as to change the internal force distribution of the bridge body and reduce the stress of the structure, and then the bearing capacity can be further improved. By adopting this method, the bearing capacity can be improved significantly, and the cracks can be reduced or even eliminated. By using this method, the arch weight and the load distribution on the balance arch can also be reduced. Although beam bridges and arch bridges can achieve the purpose of increasing the bearing capacity by adopting this method, there are still differences between them. The arch bridge is mainly aimed at the large deformation of the arch ring, and the aim of adjusting the arch axis and the pressure line is to adjust the load distribution on the arch. When the bearing capacity of arch bridge foundation is relatively low, this method of external prestressing reinforcement can also be used to reduce the requirement of bearing capacity of foundation.
